The trained brigade team is composed of volunteer professionals and is committed to contributing to the safety of the unit. Among the functions, the responsibility to coordinate the evacuation of the building in case of fires and other accidents.
For Marco Junior Silveira, the unit's security technician, investing in the team's qualification is part of Alumasa's goals. “A safe environment, with a team of employees specialized in fire fighting and excited to provide care in a humanized way is everything that a company wants. This brigade course reinforces the knowledge of our team and promotes learning in new fields ”, he emphasizes.
It is also part of the work of this group as preventive actions such as the verification of fire extinguishers, emergency conditions, participation in training and guidelines for escape in case of emergency.
This training meets a requirement of the Military Fire Brigade and technical standards in the area of ​​work safety, which is the minimum conditions for the composition, formation, implantation, training, dimensioning and recycling of the fire brigade, for exclusive performance in buildings , structures and risk areas.
In all, more than 25 employees received the training and are able to assist in any eventualities at the unit.
